Käyttöehdot

1. Palvelun kuvaus

Tässä.fi-palvelu (jäljempänä ”Palvelu”) on Adfore Technologies Oy:n (jäljempänä ”Palveluntarjoaja”) kehittämä sähköinen palvelukokonaisuus, jonka kautta käyttäjä voi käyttää, katsella ja lukea erilaisia Palveluun sisältyviä tietoja ja aineistoja.

Palvelua voi käyttää rekisteröitymisen yhteydessä annettujen tunnusten avulla tai Palveluun kytkettyjen ulkoisten palveluiden tunnusten avulla (rekisteröitynyt käyttäjä). Palvelua voi käyttää myös ilman rekisteröitymistä (anonyymi käyttäjä).

Palvelun sisältämät ja Palvelun käytön yhteydessä kerätyt tiedot on tarkoitettu vain tietojen jakamiseen ja hyödyllisen tiedon jalostamiseen käyttäjälle kaikesta tarjolla olevasta tiedosta. Kaikki Palvelussa annettavat tiedot on tarkoitettu ainoastaan informatiivisiin tarkoituksiin, eikä annettuja tietoja tule käsittää juridisena, kaupallisena eikä muunakaan neuvontana.

Palvelu sisältää myös kolmannen osapuolen tarjoamia tietoja ja palveluja (mm. Helsingin kaupungin joukkoliikennetietoja ja OVI Maps karttapalveluita). Näihin kolmannen osapuolen tarjoamiin palveluihin sovelletaan näiden käyttöehtojen lisäksi mahdollisesti myös kyseisen kolmannen osapuolen omia palveluehtoja.

Palvelun visuaalinen ilme ja Palvelussa julkaistava aineisto, kuten esimerkiksi kuvat ja tekstit ovat Palveluntarjoajan tai sen yhteistyökumppaneiden omaisuutta riippumatta siitä, onko niitä suojattu tavaramerkkioikeudella, tekijänoikeudella ja/tai muin immateriaalioikeudellisin suojakeinoin.

2. Palveluntarjoajan oikeus käyttää tietoja

Palveluntarjoaja voi kerätä Palvelun käyttäjästä muun muassa seuraavia tietoja: eväste-tunnus, IP-numero, selaintyyppi, selaimen kieliasetus, käyttöjärjestelmä, Palvelun osapalveluiden käyttöaktiivisuus ja siirtymät osapalveluiden välillä, sisältöpyynnöt eri osapalveluissa, käyttäjälle näytetyt mainokset, viestit ja toimipisteet, käyttäjän valitsemat mainokset, viestit ja toimipisteet sekä Palvelun käyttöaika. Käyttäjätiedot voivat lisäksi sisältää muun muassa käyttäjän itse ilmoittaman tai järjestelmän automaattisesti lähettämän paikkatiedon (tietokannassa on tallennettuna vain käyttäjän viimeinen paikka) sekä käyttäjän viimeisimmän kontekstitiedon.

Palveluntarjoaja voi kerätä Palvelun rekisteröityneestä käyttäjästä edellä mainittujen tietojen lisäksi rekisteröitymisen yhteydessä annettuja henkilötietoja. Mikäli käyttäjä käyttää palvelua Palveluun kytketyn ulkoisen palvelun tunnusten avulla, palveluntarjoaja voi kerätä Palvelun käyttäjästä kyseisen ulkoisen palvelun tarjoamia käyttäjäkohtaisia tietoja. Palveluntarjoaja pyrkii tekemään kytkennät ulkoisiin palveluihin niin, että Palvelun käyttäjälle on selvää, mitä käyttäjäkohtaisia tietoja ulkoisista palveluista siirretään.

Palveluntarjoaja ei käsittele (esimerkiksi tallenna, käytä, siirrä, säilytä) anonyymeistä käyttäjistä saamiaan tunnistamistietoja käyttäjän henkilöllisyyden selvittämiseksi tai tavalla, joka on yhdistettävissä yksittäiseen luonnolliseen henkilöön, vaan ainoastaan Palvelun toteuttamiseen.

Voit torjua evästeiden käytön. Jos evästeiden käyttö on torjuttu, kaikki Palvelun toiminnot ja osapalvelut eivät välttämättä toimi kunnolla. Lue tarkemmin evästeiden käytöstä tietosuojaselosteesta.

Palveluntarjoajalla on oikeus käsitellä tietojasi Palvelun toteuttamiseksi ja edelleen kehittämiseksi.

Palveluntarjoajalla on oikeus käsitellä tietojasi Palvelun teknistä kehittämistä varten sekä anomymisoituina tilastollista analyysia varten.

Palveluntarjoajalla on oikeus käsitellä tietojasi Palvelun väärinkäytösten havaitsemiseksi, estämiseksi ja selvittämiseksi.

Tietojasi käsittelee ainoastaan Palveluntarjoajan palveluksessa tai sen lukuun työskentelevä henkilö, jonka tehtävänä on Palvelun tuottaminen.

3. Käyttäjän vastuu

Palvelua saa käyttää vain näiden käyttöehtojen, lainsäädännön, viranomaismääräysten ja hyvien tapojen mukaisesti. Alle 15-vuotias tai vajaavaltainen saa lähettää paikkatietojaan Palveluun ainoastaan laillisen huoltajansa tai edunvalvojansa suostumuksella.

Rekisteröitynyt käyttäjä vastaa siitä, että hänellä on yksinomainen käyttöoikeus rekisteröitymisen yhteydessä annettuun ensisijaiseen tunnukseen (sähköpostiosoite) tai Palveluun kytketyn ulkoisen palvelun tunnukseen (esimerkiksi Facebook- tai Google-tunnukset). Palvelun käyttö muilla kuin omilla tunnuksilla on kielletty.

Palvelun aineistoa saa selata ja ottaa siitä jäljennöksiä tulostamalla tai lataamalla tietoja tietokoneelle. Aineistoa saa kuitenkin käyttää vain ei-kaupalliseen ja henkilökohtaiseen tarkoitukseen. Palvelun sekä sen tarjoamien tietojen käyttäminen osana omaa palvelua tai muuhun kaupalliseen tarkoitukseen ilman Palveluntarjoajan antamaa kirjallista lupaa on kielletty.

Käyttäjä vastaa kaikesta vahingosta, joka aiheutuu Palveluntarjoajalle tai kolmannelle osapuolelle siitä, että käyttäjä on toiminut näiden käyttöehtojen, lainsäädännön, viranomaismääräysten tai hyvien tapojen vastaisesti.

Voit milloin tahansa maksutta peruuttaa antamasi palvelukohtaisen suostumuksen paikkatietojesi käyttöön, mutta Palvelun kaikki ominaisuudet eivät tällöin ole käytettävissäsi.

Jollet halua luovuttaa tunnistamis- tai paikkatietojasi Palveluntarjoajan käyttöön, älä käytä tätä Palvelua.

Palvelu on tarkoitettu käytettäväksi ensisijaisesti Suomessa.

4. Palveluntarjoajan vastuu

Palveluntarjoaja pyrkii tarjoamaan Palvelussa virheetöntä tietoa. Käytät Palvelua ja sen sisältämiä tietoja ja aineistoja kuitenkin aina omalla vastuullasi. Näin ollen Palveluntarjoaja ei vastaa mistään välittömistä tai välillisistä vahingoista, jotka aiheutuvat Palvelun käytöstä tai käytön estymisestä.

Palvelun käyttö voi mahdollistaa pääsyn käyttämään tai tilaamaan myös kolmansien osapuolien (”Muu palveluntarjoaja”) tuotteita ja palveluja. Palveluntarjoaja ei vastaa Muiden palveluntarjoajien tarjoamista tuotteista, palveluista, toiminnasta taikka antamista tiedoista tai aineistoista.

5. Käyttöehtojen ja Palvelun muuttaminen

Palveluntarjoajalla on oikeus yksipuolisesti muuttaa näitä käyttöehtoja. Käyttöehtojen muutoksesta ilmoitetaan näkyvästi palvelussa vähintään kahden (2) viikon ajan.

Palveluntarjoaja voi muuttaa Palvelun sisältöä tai lopettaa Palvelun tai sen osan kokonaan ilmoittamatta tästä etukäteen.

6. Palvelun käytön lopettaminen

Käyttäjä voi milloin tahansa lopettaa Palvelun käytön ja poistaa omat tietonsa Palvelusta. Palvelun käytön voi lopettaa "Käyttäjätunnuksen poisto" –kohdasta näiden käyttöehtojen yhteydessä alempana. Käyttäjän tulee olla kirjautuneena palveluun tunnuksen poistamiseksi. Käyttäjä voi myös pyytää käyttäjätunnusten poistoa sähköpostitse osoitteesta tuki@tassa.fi.

7. Oikeuspaikka ja sovellettava laki

Palvelua koskevat mahdolliset erimielisyydet ratkaistaan Helsingin käräjäoikeudessa Suomen lain mukaan.

4. Rekisterin käyttötarkoitus

Tässä.fi-palvelun (”Palvelun”) käyttäjärekisteriin tallennettuja henkilötietoja käytetään asiakassuhteiden hoitamiseen, laskutukseen, markkinointitarkoituksiin, Palvelun kehittämiseen ja käytön tilastointiin sekä muihin verkkopalveluihin liittyviin tarkoituksiin. Henkilötietojen käsittely perustuu henkilötietolain 8 §:ään.

5. Rekisterin tietosisältö

Lisäksi rekisterinpitäjä kerää sekä rekisteröityneistä että rekisteröitymättömistä käyttäjistä Palvelun toteuttamista varten muun muassa seuraavia tietoja:

• Eväste-tunnus, IP-numero
• Selaintyyppi, selaimen kieliasetus, käyttöjärjestelmä
• Palvelun osapalveluiden käyttöaktiivisuus ja siirtymät osapalveluiden välillä
• Sisältöpyynnöt eri osapalveluissa
• Käyttäjälle näytetyt mainokset, viestit ja toimipisteet
• Käyttäjän valitsemat mainokset, viestit ja toimipisteet
• Käyttöaika
• Käyttäjän itse ilmoittama tai järjestelmän automaattisesti lähettämä paikkatieto (tietokannassa on tallennettuna vain käyttäjän viimeinen paikka).
• Käyttäjän viimeisin kontekstitieto.

6. Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet

Rekisterinpitäjä rekisteröi Palvelun käyttäjästä ne henkilötiedot, jotka käyttäjä itse ilmoittaa Palveluun rekisteröityessään.

7. Säännönmukaiset tietojen luovutukset

Rekisterinpitäjällä on oikeus luovuttaa tietoja kolmansille osapuolille lainsäädännön sallimissa rajoissa laskutusta, suoramarkkinointia, etämyyntiä sekä markkina- ja mielipidetutkimusta varten.

Rekisterinpitäjä voi luovuttaa tietoja ulkopuolisille yrityksille tai henkilöille silloin kun käyttäjä on antanut siihen suostumuksensa. Ilman käyttäjän suostumusta jaettavat tiedot anonymisoidaan ennen jakamista siten, ettei niitä voida yhdistää yksittäiseen luonnolliseen henkilöön.

8. Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet

Rekisteri sijaitsee palvelimella lukitussa ja vartioidussa tilassa. Rekisterin käyttö edellyttää pääkäyttäjän myöntämää henkilökohtaista salasanaa ja sitä valvotaan. Rekisterin tietoihin on oikeutettu pääsemään ja niitä on oikeutettu käyttämään vain määrätyt rekisterinpitäjän työntekijät.

Tietosuojaseloste

Käyttäjien yksityisyyden suojeleminen on tärkeää Adfore Technologies Oy:lle (”Palveluntarjoaja”). Henkilötietojen käsittelyssä noudatetaan Suomen henkilötietolakia (523/1999) ja tunnistamis- sekä paikkatietojen käsittelyssä sähköisen viestinnän tietosuojalakia (516/2004). Tässä.fi-palvelun (”Palvelu”) käyttö on mahdollista ilman, että käyttäjän henkilöllisyyttä tai henkilötietoja tarvitsee paljastaa.

Tämä tietosuojalauseke koskee Tässä.fi-palvelun kautta tapahtuvaa tietojen keräämistä. Se ei koske palvelussa esitettyjen muiden osapuolten, kuten yritysten (esim. kaupat, huoltoasemat) tai julkisten tahojen (esim. kirjastot, matkailutoimistot) tuottamia sivuja eikä OVI Maps -palvelun tietoja. Tämä tietosuojalauseke ei koske myöskään muita Palveluntarjoajan ylläpitämiä sivustoja tai palveluita.

Palvelun käyttö

Osa Palvelun toiminnasta perustuu evästeiden käyttöön. Käyttäjä voi kieltää evästeiden käytön, ohjeet on esitetty jäljempänä. Estämällä evästeet osa palvelun toiminnallisuudesta jää pois. Tässä.fi-palvelu kerää myös määrättyjä tietoja käyttäjän laitteistosta, kun käyttäjä käy sivustolla. Tällaisia tietoja voivat olla: eväste-tunnus, IP-numero, selaintyyppi, selaimen kieliasetus, käyttöjärjestelmä, Palvelun osapalveluiden käyttöaktiivisuus ja siirtymät osapalveluiden välillä, sisältöpyynnöt eri osapalveluissa, käyttäjälle näytetyt mainokset, viestit ja toimipisteet, käyttäjän valitsemat mainokset, viestit ja toimipisteet sekä Palvelun käyttöaika. Käyttäjätiedot voivat lisäksi sisältää muun muassa käyttäjän itse ilmoittaman tai järjestelmän automaattisesti lähettämän paikkatiedon (tietokannassa on tallennettuna vain käyttäjän viimeinen paikka) sekä käyttäjän viimeisimmän kontekstitiedon.

Tietoja käytetään Palvelun ja sen laadun ylläpitämiseen, yleisen tilastotiedon tarjoamiseen palvelun käytöstä, käyttäjäkohtaisten suositusten ja kohdennettujen mainosten näyttämiseksi palvelussa sekä mainostajien laskutukseen.

Sisältöjen muokkaus, käyttäjän seuranta ja tietojen hallinta toteutetaan siten, että käyttäjiä ei ole mahdollista tunnistaa kerättyjen tietojen perusteella.

Tietojen säilytys

Palveluntarjoaja voi säilyttää käyttäjästä saamiaan tietoja anonymisoituina eli siten, että käyttäjän henkilöllisyyttä ei voida selvittää tai että tiedot eivät ole yhdistettävissä yksittäiseen luonnolliseen henkilöön. Tietoja voidaan hyödyntää tutkimusprojekteissa, joihin Palveluntarjoaja osallistuu sekä palveluiden kehittämistarkoituksiin.

Palveluntarjoaja ei pääsääntöisesti luovuta Palvelun käyttäjätietoja kolmansille osapuolille. Palveluntarjoaja voi luovuttaa tietoja ulkopuolisille yrityksille tai henkilöille vain anonymisoituna.

Evästeiden käyttö

Palvelun toteuttamisessa hyödynnetään Internet-toimialalle yhteistä evästemenetelmää. Eväste (engl. cookie) on lyhyt tekstitiedosto, jonka verkkopalvelin tallentaa käyttäjän kiintolevylle. Evästeitä ei voi käyttää ohjelmien suorittamiseen tai virusten toimittamiseen käyttäjän tietokoneelle. Evästeet ovat käyttäjäkohtaisia ja niitä voi lukea ainoastaan siihen verkkoalueeseen kuuluva verkkopalvelin, joka antoi evästeen käyttäjälle.

Palvelun sisällön tuottamiseksi ja käytön seuraamiseksi hyödynnetään evästeitä. Evästeiden avulla seurataan sivuja, joilla käyttäjä vierailee sekä sitä kuinka paljon käyttäjä kuluttaa aikaa Palvelun eri sivustoilla, jotta voidaan määritellä, mitkä ovat Palvelun suosituimmat osapalvelut. Evästeiden avulla voidaan lisäksi mukauttaa portaalin sisältöä käyttäjäkohtaisesti.

Useimmat selaimet hyväksyvät evästeet oletusarvoisesti, mutta käyttäjä voi estää evästeiden käytön selaimensa valmistajan ohjeiden mukaisesti. Käyttäjä voi käyttää Palvelua evästeiden torjumisesta huolimatta. Jos evästeiden käyttö on torjuttu kaikki Palvelun toiminnot ja osapalvelut eivät kuitenkaan välttämättä toimi kunnolla.

Service Terms of Use

1. Description of the Service

Tässä.fi service (later “Service”) is a collection of digital services developed and provided by Adfore Technologies Ltd. (later “Service Provider”), through which the User can use, browse and read different information and materials contained within the Service (later “Content”).

The Service can be accessed with credentials acquired through user registration process, or with credentials provided by third party identification providers (“Registered User”). The Service can also be accessed without registration (“Anonymous User”).

The Content within the Service and any information collected by the Service are intended to be used solely for the purpose of distribution of information and for processing of useful data from all available information. All information provided by the Service are intended for informative purposes only, and none of that information should be interpreted as judicial, commercial, or other kind of advisory or counseling.

The Service contains information and services provided by third parties (such as Helsinki regional mass transit information services and OVI Maps services). In addition to these terms of use, the use of such third party services may be governed also by separate service terms provided by the third party service provider.

The visual appearance and any content published in the Service, such as images and texts, are the property of the Service Provider and its partners regardless of whether they have been protected by trademarks, copyrights and/or other protective measurements provided by international copyright laws.

In the case of any dispute between the Finnish language version of the terms of use and versions in other languages, the Finnish language version shall prevail.

2. Service Provider’s Right to Process Data

The Service Provider may collect following user data: cookie identifier; IP address; type of web browser; language setting of the web browser; device operating system; usage activity of different parts of the Service and transitions between them; content requests in different parts of the Service; advertisements, messages and locations shown to the user; advertisements, messages and locations selected by the user; and the usage time of the Service. The user information may also contain position data provided by the user or sent automatically by the system (the database cointains only the latest position of the user), and the latest user context data. In addition to the user data listed previously, the Service Provider may collect personal data provided by the Registered User during the registration process. If the user accesses the service with the help of third-party identity provider, the Service Provider is entitled to collect user data provided by such third party. The Service Provider tries to implement connections to third parties in a manner that makes it clear to the user, what user data is transferred from third parties to the Service.

The Service Provider shall not process (for example save, utilize, transfer, store) identification data it has elicited from Anonymous Users for the purpose of finding out user identification or in a manner that would make it possible to associate that data with a natural person. Any identification data elicited from Anonymous Users are processed solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

You may forbid the use of cookies. If cookies are not allowed, all functionalities and parts of the Service may not function properly. You may peruse cookie usage policy in detail in the Service privacy policy.

The Service Provider has the right to process your personal data in order to produce and implement the Service and develop it further.

The Service Provider has the right to process your personal data in order to develop the Service technically, and after anonymization of the data, for statistical analysis.

The Service Provider has the right to process your personal data for detection, prevention and determination of misuse of the Service.

Your personal data shall be processed only by persons employed by the Service Provider or persons working for the Service Provider, whose function is the production of the Service.

3. Using the Service

The Service may be used only according to these terms of use, applicable laws, official regulations, and good manners. Persons under age of 15 or minor persons may only send their position data with the consent of their legal guardian.

Registered User is responsible for having the sole right of use to the primary identifier given during the registration (e-mail address), or the identifier provided by third part (for example Facebook or Google account). It is forbidden to use the Service with other identifiers than the Registered User’s own.

The Content provided by the Service may be browsed and copied by printing or by downloading the data to a computer. The Content may only be used for non-commercial and private purposes. The Service or any Content provided by the Service cannot be incorporated in another service and cannot be used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent by the Service Provider.

The User is solely liable for any liabilities, assessments, losses, costs or damages inflicted to the Service Provider or any third parties, if the user has been breached these terms, applicable laws, official regulations, or good manners.

You can at any time, without any charge revoke your service-specific assent to use your position data, but after that all features of the Service may no longer be at your disposal.

If you do not want to cede your identification or position data to the Service Provider, do not use this Service.

The Service is intended to be used primarily in Finland.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider strives to provide correct information in the Service. You expressly agree and acknowledge that the use of the Service is always at your sole risk. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation any consequential, indirect, incidental, special or exemplary damages, that arise from the use or inability to use the Service.

It may, from time to time, be possible to use or order products and services provided by third parties (“Third-Party Service Provider”) in the Service. The Service Provider holds no liability over any products, services, actions, or information and content provided by Third-Party Service Providers.

5. Changes in Terms or Service

The Service Provider may modify the terms at any time. Any changes in the terms are notified in the Service for a minimum period of two (2) weeks prior to them taking effect.

The Service Provider may change the Service Content or cease providing the Service or part of it without prior notice.

6. Termination

The user may at any time cease using the Service and remove all his or her personal data from the Service. Service use may be terminated by choosing “Revoke User Account” option directly below these terms of use. In order to revoke the user account, the user must be logged in the Service. You may also request removal of user account by sending an e-mail request to tuki@tassa.fi.

7. Choice of Law and Arbitration

Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be settled in Helsinki district court according to Finnish law.

4. Purpose of register

The information will be used for maintaining customer relations, billing, marketing, developing the Service, usage statistics and other purposes related to web services. The processing of personal data is conducted according to law (Henkilötietolaki (523/99) 8 §).

5. Information content of Register

The register consists of personal data the user supplies to the service during registration or later whilst using the Service.

In addition, the registrar may collect following data, among others, on both registered and unregistered users:

• Cookie identifier, IP address
• Type of web browser and its language settings, type of operating system
• Usage activity of different parts of Service and transitions between the parts
• Content requests in different parts of the Service
• Ads, messages and locations shown to the user
• Ads, messages and locations chosen by the user
• Usage time
• Position data given by the user or automatically provided by the system (the database only stores the last position)
• The latest user context data

6. Regular sources of information

The data given by the user during registration will be added to the Register.

7. Regular handovers of information and transfers of information outside the EU and the European Economic Area

The registrar shall not regularly hand over information to third parties. No information shall be transferred outside the EU and the European Economic Area.

The registrar preserves the right to hand over information to third parties within legal limits for the purposes of billing, marketing, remote sales, and market/opinion polling.

The registrar preserves the right to hand over information to other companies and persons, if the user has given his or her consent for it. If the user has not given consent for handovers, the information shall be anonymized before handover in a manner that prevents any association to natural persons.

8. Register protection principles

The Register will be saved on a server which is locked and guarded. The use of the register requires personal password granted by the administrator, and it is monitored. Register data can be accessed only by named employees of the registrar, and its usage rights are limited to them.

Privacy Policy

The protection of users’ privacy is important to Adfore Technologies Ltd. (“Service Provider”). Personal data shall be processed according to Finnish law on personal data (Henkilötietolaki 523/1999), and identification and location data shall be processed according to Finnish law on data protection on electronic communications (Sähköisen viestinnän tietosuojalaki, 516/2004). It is possible to use Tässä.fi service (“Service”) without turning over user’s identity or personal data.

This policy applies to data collection by Tässä.fi service. It does not apply to websites and services provided by third parties, such as companies (e.g. grocery stores, tank stations) or public organizations (e.g. libraries, municipalities), nor does it apply to OVI Maps service. This policy does not apply to other websites or services provided by the Service Provider.

Use of Service

Parts of the Service are based on using cookies. User may reject cookies, which is instructed later in this document. If cookies are rejected, some of the functions in the Services do not work. Tässä.fi Service also collects certain data on user’s devices, when user visits the Service. These data may contain: cookie identifier, IP address, type of web browser, language setting in web browser, operating system; usage activity of different parts of the Service and transitions between them; content requests in different parts of the Service; advertisements, messages and locations shown to the user; advertisements, messages and locations selected by the user; and the usage time of the Service. The user information may also contain position data provided by the user or sent automatically by the system (the database cointains only the latest position of the user), and the latest user context data.

The collected data is used for improving the Service and its quality, for providing generic statistical data over the use of the Service, for showing user-specific recommendations and targeted advertising in the Service, and for billing the advertisers.

Editing of contents, user tracking and data management shall be implemented in a way that prevents the identification of individual users based on the collected data.

The Service Provider may store collected user data in anonymized form, which means that an individual user cannot be identified based on it, nor can the data be associated to any individual natural person. The data may be used in research projects where the Service Provider participates, as well as for development purposes.

The Service Provider does not regularly hand user data over to third parties. The Service Provider may hand over user data to other companies and persons only in anonymized form.

Use of Cookies

The Service is implemented by using web cookie method, which is common in Internet industry. Cookie is a short text file, which the server stores on hard disk (or other persistent memory device). Cookies cannot be used for executing programs or delivering computer viruses to user’s computer. Cookies are personal, and they can only be read by a server in the same network domain as the originating server.

Cookies are used for producing the Service content and tracking the Service usage. With cookie identifier, the pages user visits can be tracked, and the time user spends in different parts of the Service can be measured, in order to be able to define which parts of the Service are the most popular. In addition, cookies can help to customize the Service contents to meet personal preferences.

Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but user can reject cookies by following the instructions provided by the web browser vendor. It is possible to use the Service without cookies. If the use of cookies is prevented, some functionalities and parts of the Service do not necessarily work properly.
